Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Reports to: CEO

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's HR department, managing the administrative functions of the department, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage the administrative functions of the HR department, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Develop and manage the HR budget, including forecasting expenses and identifying cost-saving measures.

Lead and develop the HR team to support organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.

At least three years of HR management experience.

Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
