We are looking for a friendly and organized Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks, assisting with financial and administrative duties, and working with our team to support the center's mission of promoting local culture. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with daily operations: Help manage the administrative functions of the cultural center to ensure smooth processes.

  2. Basic financial tasks: Support budget tracking, financial record-keeping, and reporting to maintain financial organization.

  3. Team support: Work alongside staff members, offering assistance and fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

  4. Help with event planning: Contribute to the organization and execution of cultural events, workshops, and exhibitions at the center.

  5. Community engagement: Build relationships with local community members and organizations to promote the center's initiatives.

  6. Promote events and programs: Assist in spreading the word about the center's events and activities using social media and other local channels.

  7. Resource organization: Help manage and maintain the center's facilities, equipment, and resources.

  8. Follow policies and procedures: Adhere to local laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.

  2. Previous experience in administration or management, preferably in a cultural or community-based setting.

  3. Basic financial and budget management knowledge.

  4. Good organizational and time management skills.

  5. Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication abilities.

  6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.

  7. Knowledge of local culture and language is a plus.

  8. A genuine interest in cultural preservation and community engagement.
